Head Shave Fundraiser in support of Make-A-Wish Southern Alberta

Hanna Fantin is the sort of kid who wants to make a difference. She wanted to help a Wish Child forget about being sick, if only for a little while. When we were approached by 9 year old Hanna we knew that she was special. She wanted to shave her beautiful golden locks in support of Make-A-Wish! Well with a little help from her friends, family and some local lemonade stands Hanna raised over $10,000 and is sponsoring Alexi’s wish to go to Disney World in March 2009. (yes you heard correct.. $10,000!!)

Interesting enough when Hanna and her family were recently on vacation in Mexico they ran into the President and Founder of Make-A-Wish Mexico which was a highlight of the trip for Hanna. It truly is a small world with Make-A-Wish supporters making a difference to the families lives that they touch.
