Bretton, age 8 from Springhill, NS loves sports. He plays baseball, curling, ball hockey and has started basketball this past fall. His dad coaches Midget level hockey. Bretton’s older brother, Brady plays hockey. Bretton loves hockey but is unable to play this contact sport due to a heart condition: Aortic Valve Stenosis.

Bretton’s family will be our guest family aligned with a March fundraiser 'Justice Scores For Wishes’ ~ a hockey challenge between NS Dept of Justice and Halifax Regional Police Service to be held at the BMO Centre in Bedford, NS, on March 31, 2012. Bretton loves the Montreal Canadiens and Pittsburgh Penguins. However, his favourite player is local NS boy, Brad Marchand of Boston Bruins.

Bretton’s Wish is to have a family trip to Disney World. His best day ever was when he visited Magic Mountain Waterpark in Moncton, NB… Imagine the fun he’ll have at Disney! The fundraiser hopes to raise enough funds to grant Bretton’s Wish.
