In 2009 Make-A-Wish® granted 75 wishes in the Toronto and Central Ontario region. We are currently working on 100 wishes with referrals coming in every day. You can help us by Adopting-A-Wish in your area. This program is a valuable opportunity for local businesses, community organizations or individuals to experience the joy of knowing that they made an ill child’s wish come true. This program offers flexibility in its implementation and employees and individuals can be creative in their choice of fundraising activities. With this program donors get to see direct results from their contribution when they receive details of the wish they supported. The average cost of a wish is $10,000.
