Our wish child Shaine, also popularly known as “Tank”, had the opportunity to meet some of his heroes at McMahon Stadium earlier this month. The Calgary Stampeders team graciously welcomed Shaine and his family onto the field during a practice and stuck around afterwards to meet “Tank”. Shaine exuberantly high-fived players, smiled ear-to-ear, and laughed, like only a child could. His energy was a breath of fresh air for everyone…and even the rain didn’t ruin the day for Shaine and his family.
