On September 18, 2009, Montreal City Mayor, Gérald Tremblay, and the person responsible for intercultural relations, communications and special events, Marcel Tremblay, invited the Chairman of the Board, Steve Aikins, and Executive Director, Jocelyne Vautour, of the Quebec Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as the mayor of Saint-Donat, Richard Bénard, the president of the committee of businessmen of the City of Saint-Donat, Michel Major, and the team of amateur cyclists from Saint-Donat to sign the Golden Book of the City of Montreal.

With this deed, time has suspended its flight. By signing the Golden Book, they have left their mark forever in the archives of the City of Monteal Montréal. The Quebec Make-A-Wish Foundation is now a part of history.
