On April 29^th, Make-A-Wish^® celebrates World Wish Day^®, marking the day Chris Greicius received his wish to be a police officer for a day, inspiring the creation of Make-A-Wish and its global wish granting mission.

Since Chris' wish in 1980, more than 300,000 children around the world have had their one-true-wish granted by Make-A-Wish. This year Make-A-Wish^® Canada is celebrating 30 years of granting over 5000 magical wishes to Canadian children with life-threatening medical conditions.

During the month of April, Make-A-Wish Canada and its chapters invite you to Join the World^SM
and help share the power of a wish^®!

Looking for a new spring wardrobe? Brooks Brothers locations in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver will be collecting donations for the month of April at the register, and a portion of sales (in-store and online) on April 18^th and 19^th will be donated to Make-A-Wish Canada in honour of World Wish Day.

Are you traveling during the month of April? LS Travel Retail North America stores across Canada will be participating in
World Wish Day by asking patrons for a $1 donation at the register on April 29^th.

Our mission at Make-A-Wish Canada is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

For a child with a life-threatening medical condition, a wish granted means so much more than the wish itself.

A wish come true helps children feel stronger, more energetic, more willing and able to battle their life-threatening medical conditions. For many of them, it marks a turning point in their fight against their illnesses.
