Judy Gifford
Judy joined the BC Chapter 28 years ago with a vision to grant wishes across Canada and she was instrumental in making this happen. She has served on the National Board and is a founding member of Make-A-Wish International.
Nigel Brown
As one of the founders of Make-A-Wish Canada, Nigel had the vision of granting wishes to kids living with a life-threatening medical condition. Because of his pioneering efforts nearly 5,000 wishes have be granted!
Robb Lucy
As a co-founder of Make-A-Wish Canada, Robb helped organize and grant the first wish in Canada. Now, our magical mission is delivered in communities from coast-to-coast thanks to his love of children and foresight.

Hans Pedersen
Hans began volunteering after his daughter Jennifer’s wish in 1985. Jennifer passed away shortly thereafter. Hans assists with events, campaigns & direct mail. In 2005, he climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise funds for Make-A-Wish.
Heather Pedersen

Wendell Harlow
Wendell has been providing unique opportunities for wish kids since 1997. Over the years, Wendell has granted wishes, provided tours of Electronic Arts, invited wish kids to special events, created the EA Challenge and raised funds.
Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta
Len Hendrickson
Len is a founding director and former president of the Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta chapter. Serving on and off the board for over 14 years, Len's dedication and support has allowed MAWNA to grow and serve more courageous children.
Robert Winterford
Bob is a pillar of the Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta chapter. He has personally been involved in granting over 40 wishes and plays an active role on the Make-A-Wish national board. He is a true ambassador for Make-A-Wish and our mission.
Tammy MacDonald
Tammy is the co founder and Executive Director of the Hair Massacure, she is also a wish mom. She believes whole-heartedly that we can and do make a difference in the lives of the kids Hair Massacure supports.

Alison Stifter
Ali is a wish child and fund raiser for Make-A-Wish. After her wish, she held a BBQ fund raiser to generate enough funds to grant another child's wish!
Dave Stinton
In 1995 Dave Stinton, with his wife Carol, founded the Southern Alberta chapter of Make-A-Wish and has maintained a high level of involvement with the organization in the 17 years since as both a leadership volunteer and fundraiser.
Mary Jardine
Mary has been involved with Make-A-Wish since 2005 at both the national and local levels. Mary’s tireless dedication to Make-A-Wish extends to all areas of the organization – governance, events, volunteer engagement, wish granting.
Make-A-Wish Southwestern Ontario
Carole Fleming
Carole has been a Make-A-Wish volunteer for 23 years. She is an ambassador, donor, fundraiser, board member and community events volunteer. In 2001, Carole’s life was touched personally by Make-A-Wish when her granddaughter’s wish was granted.
James Scott
Jim has been an active Make-A-Wish volunteer for nine years –as a Wish Grantor, speaker, donor, fundraiser, and community events volunteer. Jim is an inspiring leader, admired for his personal commitment and dedicated support in many areas.
Robert Kayser
Bob has been a volunteer for 10 years - as a speaker, wish grantor, events photographer, donor and fund raiser. He is a community advocate and established the “Kayser Family Foundation” which donates annually in support of Make-A-Wish.

Nancy Morra
Nancy has been a volunteer for nearly 10 years. She is always one of the first people to offer her help no matter the project. From working directly with our families to community awareness initiatives, her generosity knows no bounds.
Norma Humphrey
Annually, Norma organizes a 25 km horse ride in honour of her late husband. It is in his spirit that this event has been established and thrives thanks to Norma. Over the years it has supported many magical wishes of children in the Toronto region.
Stephanie Clayton
Former wish child Stephanie has been an ambassador through her ongoing efforts in volunteering, fundraising, and advocacy. Her passion shines through each time she and her family so willingly and openly share their story with our stakeholders.
Make-A-Wish Eastern Ontario
Allie MacIsac
Allie, a young girl from Metcalfe, Ontario, suffers from Cystic Fibrosis and CF Diabetes. Her wish was granted in 2010 when she met Justin Bieber. Since then, she has taught herself to play the guitar and has graciously donated her time back to Make-A-Wish by performing and speaking at various events. She has inspired our volunteers, donors and other wish recipients through her performance and story.
Justin Reid
Twelve-year-old Justin has focused his philanthropic activities and initiatives on Make-A-Wish. We are impressed with the level of focus and dedication he has provided to us over the past four years with the mentality of “kids helping kids.”
Officer Paolo Crescenzi, Ottawa Police Service
Officer Crescenzi helps the city of Ottawa on and off duty. He can be found volunteering his time fundraising and encouraging his fellow Officers to participate as well. His dedication and selflessness made an enormous impact on his local chapter.

Steve Aikins
Steve has served as a Chapter President since 2007, working tirelessly to build awareness and funding for the granting of wishes to children with life threatening illnesses in Quebec. He has also served on the National Board.

Bruce Sutherland
As a co-founder of the Atlantic Provinces chapter, along with his wife, Bruce granted the first wish in the region. Over the past 11 years, his leadership, dedication and volunteerism has made a positive impact on wish kids in his community.
Jill Sutherland
A leader and role model, Jill is highly respected in her community. Her lasting legacy as a Make-A-Wish leadership volunteer and chapter founder will be the many smiling faces and happy memories she helped create over the past 11 years.

Over his nine year tenure with Make-A-Wish, Phil has helped the organization grow immeasurably. His leadership and commitment, has enabled the Chapter to grant more magical wishes in the community with each passing year.
