Elephants, Rhinos and a wish come true!

Fallon, a 15-year-old young lady from Halifax, was overjoyed during a behind the scenes tour of the Metro Toronto Zoo.

“It was the perfect day. The weather was great and all the animals were out and about,” said Glenda, Fallon’s mom. “She especially loved the elephant and feeding Aasha, the rhino.” “Mommy, I can’t believe that I am seeing an elephant, “said Fallon when she first saw the enormous animal.

Fallon lives with Spina bifida and Hydrocephalus and thus deals with many medical challenges on a daily basis. The trip to Toronto to visit the zoo, the Ontario Science Centre, Ontario Place and the Royal Ontario Museum was a trip of a lifetime.

The flight to Toronto aboard a WestJet plane was amazing as well. “It was the best customer service and they were all so friendly “commented Glenda. “We thank you for this experience. It meant the world to Fallon. For a week she was a teenager having fun, becoming exhausted and making some of her dreams come true.”
