When Make-A-Wish^® asked 14 year old Wish Child Ben what his greatest wish was, Ben replied “I want a boy’s night out with my best friend and my dad to watch Ghost Rider!”

Ben has been suffering from liver and kidney failure and has undergone numerous surgeries and three transplant surgeries over the last few years. Ben was ecstatic when he was told by Make-A-Wish that not only would he be getting his boys
night out, but that SONY had arranged for Ben and ‘the guys” to attend a preview screening of the movie before it was released! Unfortunately a shot time later, Ben was hospitalized, and was extremely disappointed that he would not be able to get the boys night out he had been talking about for weeks. Little did Ben know that Make-A-Wish was cooking up a surprise for Ben…

As Ben was unable to physically go out for a boy’s night, Make-A-Wish and SONY of Canada along with SONY Pictures brought the movies to Ben! Ben’s wish came true on April 20th at Sick Kids hospital where Ben was able to hang out with his best friend and his dad and watch Ghost Rider while eating loads of pizza and other treats!

Thanks to the help and compassion of Sony of Canada Ltd., SONY Pictures and numerous volunteers we were able to bring boys night to Ben, and make his wish come true!
