Tina's wish of meeting the cast and crew of the popular soap opera "Passions" came true this summer. Tina, age 17 who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, was picked up in a stretch limousine and flown to Los Angeles, California with her family for several days of fun and excitement. On Tina's big day, she and her family not only met the cast and crew of "Passions" but as it happens, they were filming a wedding scene that day so all the actors of the series were present! Tina had to hold her mouth shut to keep herself from screaming! During the initial wish interview, our wish granting volunteers learned that Tina adored the character "Ethan" played by actor Eric Martsolf. Little did Tina know that Make-A-Wish^® arranged for Ethan to personally ask her out to lunch on her wish day! While in Los Angeles, Tina and her family took advantage of being in the star studded city by touring Hollywood, Rodeo Drive and by taking in some mandatory shopping! Thanks to our supporters, Tina was able to experience the thrill of a lifetime, and something she will never forget. Thank you for Sharing the Power of a Wish!
