Dear Make-A-Wish^® Southern Alberta,

Thank you for coming out and fulfilling my wish. It was one of the most exciting days of my life! The room is looking great and, like my parents thought; I am in it almost all the time now.

When I initially wrote the letter, I wasn't entirely sure that I would have my wish granted. I never expected to get as many of the items as I did.

When I found out that Make-A-Wish was working on MY wish, I thought it was too good to be true, but I was really excited. Then, when the day FINALLY came, I came home shortly after school finished for me, and the Wish Granters came to the door and introduced themselves. I was so excited that I had difficulty remembering names. The hardest part was waiting in the living room while the work was going on and also for my Mom to get home from work. It seemed to take FOREVER! When I saw my room, I was stunned! I had gotten my wish granted and my room looked amazing.


Since you were here that day, quite a few of my friends have come to see it and I have had a wide variety of reactions from them. Some are jealous, some are glad that I got it, and others want to “borrow” my stuff. Everyone is very happy for me.

Once again, I would like to thank you for taking time out of your day, coming here to fulfill my wish. It was an awesome day!

Ps. Dad says that I have come close to violating some of the Terms of the “Clean Room” agreement that I signed but it is much better than it was.
